- No doubles in an order of up to 8 boxes.
- If your order hasn't shipped by December 15, 2026, cancel for a full refund, no questions.
- Anything that arrives damaged or defective is replaced free. Just tell us within 30 days.

What's inside a Crystal Plushie blind box?
One plush crystal bag charm, about 4.5 inches (11 cm) tall with a silver clip, sealed so you can't peek. It's one of our 8 characters, picked at random.
Can I get doubles?
Not in one order of up to 8 boxes: every charm will be a different character, and 8 boxes gets you the whole set. Order more than 8 and you'll get some doubles to trade with friends.
Can I choose which character I get?
Not in a blind box, that's the fun part. Want specific ones? Pick your own on the single charm page for $24.99 each, or any 5 for $100 in our bundle.
Is there a rare or secret character?
No secret characters. All 8 have the same chance. The one most people hope for is Violet, the #1 pick on Kickstarter.
Do blind boxes come with a real crystal?
Blind boxes are just the charm, which is why they cost less. The charms are plush, with no crystal inside. Our bundles include a matching real tumbled crystal and a sticker with every charm.
When do blind boxes ship?
Early December 2026, from our first production run. Everything in your order ships together, with tracking by email. If your order hasn't shipped by December 15, you can cancel for a full refund.
How much is shipping?
In Canada it's a flat $19 under $100, and free from $100, so 7 or 8 boxes ship free. Other countries see their rate at checkout.
Are blind box bag charms OK for kids?
They're a hit with teens and grown-ups. The metal clip is a small part, so they're not for children under 3.
Do they make good stocking stuffers?
Yes. A 7-box pack is seven little surprises at $15 each. Ship the order to yourself and hand them out.
