Shipping and delivery
How much is shipping?
Canada: free on orders over $100, otherwise $19 flat (remote areas may cost more). U.S.: free over US$100. Other countries: calculated at checkout before you pay.
When will my order ship?
Original 14-inch plushies are in stock and ship now. Bag charms and blind boxes ship in early December 2026. If your order has both, everything ships together in December. We email tracking the day it leaves.
Can I ship a gift straight to someone?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and type a gift message in the notes box in your cart. We'll tuck your message into the parcel.
Returns and damaged items
What if something arrives damaged or defective?
We replace it free. Send us a message within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
We accept returns for items that are defective or that we shipped by mistake, within 30 days. For anything else, send us a message and we'll see what we can do. See our refund policy for details.
Products and care
How big are they?
The original Crystal Plushies are about 14 inches tall. The bag charms are about 4.5 inches (11 cm) with a silver clip.
Is there a real crystal inside?
The original plushies have a real crystal heart in a hidden back pocket. The bag charms are all plush, with no stone inside: their sparkle comes from specialty fabrics.
How do I clean them?
Spot clean only: dab with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry. No washing machine or dryer, please. Take the crystal heart out of an original first.
Are they safe for kids?
Originals are recommended for ages 6 and up (the crystal heart is a small part). Bag charms have a metal clip, so they're not for children under 3.
