quick questions
when will my order ship?
Early December 2026, from our first production run. Everything in your order ships together, and we email you tracking the day it leaves.
do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders over $100 ship free to Canada and the U.S. For everywhere else, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
how does the no duplicate guarantee work?
Order up to 8 boxes in one order and every box holds a different character, so the 8-pack is the full set. A single box is a surprise pick from all 8.
can i choose which plushie i get?
Not in a blind box, that's the fun! Every box is a surprise pick from the 8. Want them all? The 8-pack is the full set, one of each.
are these the same as the original plushies?
No. The originals are 14-inch plushies with a real crystal heart in a back pocket. These are palm-sized bag charms (about 4.5 inches) with a silver clip. The four Babies are minis of the originals.
anything else i should know?
Spot clean only. The metal clip is a small part, so they're not for children under 3. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it free within 30 days. Real humans answer every message.
