What if you could hug a crystal?

Hi, I'm Malu. My dad started selling crystals door-to-door in Minas Gerais, Brazil (the mineral capital of the world) to pay for university. Later he moved our family to Canada and opened a crystal shop, so I grew up surrounded by stones that each meant something.

But you can't exactly hug a crystal. It took me about 3 years and 15+ prototypes (the first ones looked like a spiky-haired anime guy) to turn a pointy crystal into a plushie with a face that matches its personality.

These bag charms are the palm-sized version: a little piece of meaning you can hand to someone, and they get to carry it everywhere.

When will my crystal gifts ship?

They ship early December 2026 from our first production run. Everything in your order ships together, and we email tracking the day it leaves. We can't promise the day it lands, but if your order hasn't shipped by December 15, 2026, you can cancel for a full refund, no questions.

Can you ship directly to the gift recipient?

Yes. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. One order ships to one address, so if your 5 gifts are for 5 different people, ship them to yourself and hand them out. Sending the whole set to one lucky person? Ship it straight to her.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Your cart has a notes box, so type your gift message there before you check out. There's no gift wrap option, so if you'd like to wrap it yourself, ship the order to your own address first.

Is the crystal real, and is it inside the charm?

The crystal is real, and it's separate. Every charm in a bundle comes with a matching real tumbled crystal: a small polished stone she can keep in a pocket, on her desk or beside her charm. The charms themselves are all plush. Natural stones vary in colour and pattern, so no two are exactly alike.

How big are the bag charms?

About 4.5 inches (11 cm) tall, so they sit nicely in the palm of your hand. Each one is soft plush with premium embroidery, an embroidered face and a fabric that mimics its crystal: sequins, shimmer, fuzz or shiny gold. Spot clean only.

Will the clip hold on a bag or backpack?

Each charm has a silver clip that fastens onto bag straps, backpack loops, key rings and zippers. The charms are light and palm-sized, so they hang happily without weighing her bag down. And if anything arrives damaged or defective, we replace it free (just tell us within 30 days).

Are crystal bag charms safe for kids?

They make sweet gifts for kids, teens and grown-ups, with one important rule: the metal clip is a small part, and so is the tumbled crystal, so they're not for children under 3.

What if it arrives damaged, or I want a refund?

Anything that arrives damaged or defective, we replace free: just tell us within 30 days. If your order hasn't shipped by December 15, 2026, you can cancel for a full refund, no questions. For anything else, message us. Real humans answer every message.

Do you ship to the U.S. and other countries?

Yes. In Canada, orders of $100 or more ship free, so both bundles do. In the U.S., orders over US$100 ship free, which includes the Complete Collection. We also ship to many other countries, including the UK, much of Europe and Australia, and your rate shows at checkout.

Is it a bag charm or a keychain?

Both: clip it to your bag, backpack, keys or zipper. We call them bag charms because they look so cute swinging from a bag strap, and a charm on her bag gets seen (and squeezed) every single day.
