Can I return or exchange merchandise?

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I return product(s)?

Simply send us a message here or email support@therockspace.com about your order and we will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps to have your item(s) returned. Please include the following information in your message/email:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you are wanting to return
  • Product SKU
  • Quantity
  • Reason for returning
What if a product I ordered was damaged during shipment?

Please take pictures and contact us immediately. If the package you received looks like it was dropped and damaged during shipping you have the right to refuse delivery. Damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt. We will not be responsible for the claim if the box is thrown away.
