A crystal family, and one very pointy problem

My dad started selling crystals door-to-door in Minas Gerais, Brazil (the mineral capital of the world) to pay for university. Then he moved our family to Canada and opened a crystal shop, so I grew up surrounded by crystals.

But let's be honest: crystals aren't exactly known for their cuddle factor. Fixing that took me about 3 years and 15+ prototypes, and my first tries looked like a spiky-haired anime guy. The breakthrough was a double-terminated crystal shape, with a face that matches each crystal's personality.

After our first Kickstarter (and a LOT of feedback), I shrank them down so they can come with you.

Your questions, honestly answered

Do crystal bag charms come with real crystals?

Yes, in every bundle. Each charm comes with a matching real tumbled crystal: a separate polished stone, not sewn inside. The charm itself is all soft plush, so the stone goes in your pocket, your crystal pouch or on your desk. Single charms come without a stone.

What crystal is each bag charm?

Violet is an amethyst geode and Baby Amy is amethyst. Archie is an agate slice, Boba is grape agate and Sparky is pyrite. Baby Callie is clear quartz, Baby Rosie is rose quartz and Baby Obie is obsidian. The four Baby towers are mini versions of our original 14-inch plushies. In a bundle, each comes with its matching real tumbled crystal.

Will my tumbled crystal look like the photos?

Not exactly, and that's the beauty of real stones. Every tumbled crystal is natural, so colour, pattern, size and shape vary a little from stone to stone. Your amethyst might be a deeper purple, your agate a little stripier. No two are the same, which crystal lovers tend to like.

When do the bag charms ship?

Early December. This is our first production run: it's confirmed and going ahead, and our Kickstarter backers get theirs from the same run. Everything in your order ships together, and we email tracking when it leaves. If your order hasn't shipped by December 15, 2026, you can cancel for a full refund.

How big are the bag charms?

About 4.5 inches (11 cm) tall: palm-sized, easy to squeeze and easy to spot on your bag. Each one has premium embroidery, an embroidered face and specialty fabrics that mimic real crystal textures, from sequins and shimmer to soft fuzz and shiny gold. The original Crystal Plushies are 14 inches, so think of these as their little siblings.

Will the clip hold on my bag or keys?

It's a silver metal clip, and the charm itself is light, soft plush, so it isn't hanging much weight. For the most secure hold, clip it through a key ring, D-ring or zipper pull. Bag charm or keychain? Both: clip it to your bag, backpack, keys or zipper. Small parts (the clip and the stones), so not for children under 3.

How do I clean a plush bag charm?

Spot clean only: dab with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry. Please skip the washing machine and dryer. For your tumbled crystal, a soft cloth does the job (moon baths are up to you). Just keep pyrite dry, since it doesn't love water.

What if my bag charm arrives damaged?

We replace anything that arrives damaged or defective, free. Just tell us within 30 days. If your order hasn't shipped by December 15, 2026, you can also cancel for a full refund, no questions. For any other return question, check our refund policy or send us a message: real humans answer every one.

How much is shipping?

Both bundles ship free in Canada, and the Complete Collection ships free to the U.S. too. Any order over $100 ships free in Canada and the U.S. Other orders, and other countries, see rates at checkout. Shipping a gift? Just enter their address at checkout.

Can I buy just one crystal bag charm?

Yes. Single bag charms are $24.99 each on the Crystal Plushie Bag Charm page. Singles come without a stone, though: the matching real tumbled crystal and die-cut sticker only come with bundles. If you'd like three or more, the Pick any 5 bundle ($100, free shipping in Canada) usually works out better.
