What if every crystal had a face?

I grew up in my family's crystal business. My dad sold crystals door to door in Minas Gerais, Brazil (the mineral capital of the world) to pay for university, then moved us to Canada and opened a crystal shop.

Crystals are gorgeous, but you can't exactly cuddle one. So I spent about 3 years and 15+ prototypes turning one into a plushie (the first ones looked like a spiky-haired anime guy). The breakthrough: a double-pointed crystal shape with a face that matches each crystal's personality. First came our 14-inch plushies. Now the crew is palm-sized, made to clip on and made to collect.

What comes in the complete set of collectible bag charms?

The Complete Collection ($149) has all 8 bag charms, one of each: Violet, Archie, Boba, Sparky, Baby Amy, Baby Callie, Baby Rosie and Baby Obie. Every charm comes with a matching real tumbled crystal and a die-cut sticker, so that's 24 collector pieces. Shipping is free to Canada and the U.S.

Can I pick my own bag charms instead of the full set?

Yes. Pick any 5 for $100 (that's $20 a charm) and mix and match however you like. Doubles are welcome, so you can twin with a friend. Each charm comes with a matching real tumbled crystal and a die-cut sticker, and shipping is free in Canada. It's the easy way to start a bag charm collection.

What is the Mystery bag charm?

A surprise add-on: once a bundle is in your cart, you can add one Mystery bag charm per bundle for $10 (normally $24.99). It's a random pick from the same 8 designs. With Pick any 5, it might be a new face for your set. With the Complete Collection, it's a spare to clip on a second bag or trade with a friend.

When will my bag charms ship?

How big are Crystal Plushie bag charms?

About 4.5 inches (11 cm) tall: palm-sized, easy to hold and easy to spot on a bag. They're made with premium embroidery and specialty fabrics that look like real crystal textures, from sequins and shimmer to fuzz and shiny gold. The four Baby towers are mini versions of our original 14-inch plushies.

What kind of clip do the bag charms have?

Every charm has a silver clip that hooks onto bag straps, backpack loops, zipper pulls and key rings, so you can move it from bag to bag. Bag charm or keychain? Both: clip it to your bag, backpack, keys or zipper.

Do the bag charms come with a real crystal?

Yes, but not inside. The charms are all plush, and the sparkle comes from specialty fabrics. Every charm in a bundle comes with a matching real tumbled crystal: a separate polished stone to keep in a pocket, on your desk or right beside your lineup. Natural stones vary in colour and pattern.

Are these bag charms good for teens and kids?

They're made for anyone who loves cute bag charms, from teens to grown-up plush collectors. Each one has a metal clip, which is a small part, so they're not for children under 3. They're spot clean only. Buying one as a gift? Leave a message in the cart notes box.

How much is shipping, and do you ship to the U.S.?
