When will my bag charms ship?
Bag charms ship in early December 2026 from our first production run. Everything in your order ships together and we email tracking the day it leaves. If it hasn't shipped by December 15, you can cancel for a full refund.
How big are the bag charms?
About 4.5 inches (11 cm) tall: palm-sized, easy to squeeze, and big enough to spot on your bag.
Is there a real crystal inside?
No, the charms are all plush. The real crystal is a separate polished tumbled stone that comes with every charm in a bundle, matched to its design, so you can keep it in a pocket, on your desk or beside the charm.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $100 in Canada and over US$100 in the U.S., so the Complete Collection ships free to both. Below that, and for other countries, the rate is shown at checkout.
Can I pick doubles?
Yes. In the Pick any 5 bundle you can choose any mix, including two or more of the same charm. Each one comes with its own matching crystal and sticker.
What's the mystery bag charm?
Once a bundle is in your cart you can add a mystery charm for $10 (normally $24.99). It's a surprise pick from the 8 designs, one per bundle.
Can I add an original 14-inch Crystal Plushie?
Yes. With a bundle in your cart you can add Amy, Callie, Rosie or Obie for $49 each (normally $69.99), with their crystal heart.
Bag charm or keychain?
Both. The silver clip fits bags, backpacks, keys, zippers and belt loops.
